Taylored Spine Chiropractic is a cash-based/self-pay practice and does NOT participate with or bill private insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded insurance programs.

Medicare patients: Taylored Spine Chiropractic does NOT participate in Medicare. Medicare has specific federal requirements regarding chiropractic services, including covered manual spinal manipulation. Because of these requirements, Medicare beneficiaries (eligible and active) should contact the office by email before scheduling to determine whether services at Taylored Spine Chiropractic can be provided under your individual circumstances.

Please email the office before scheduling if you have active Medicare, are Medicare-eligible but have delayed enrollment, active Medicaid, or other government-funded coverage.
